Sales Representative

As a Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in our mission to revolutionize the industry by delivering technology for plant health. You will be responsible for helping to identify and nurture new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales and after-sales process. You will be combining this with marketing activities like starting and managing campaigns.

To be successful in the role of sales representative you need to have a strong client focus, but also be a team player to assure customer needs are met.

 

Objectives & Responsibilities

  • Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.
  • Searching for business opportunities, identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls and manage sales cycle to sell the Moleda’s products and services.
  • Achieve annual sales quotas by generating leads, build relationships and successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies by existing and potential customers.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns and manage and growing social media presence

 

Education, Experience, Requirements, Skills

  • 5+ years’ professional experience in the industry and (international) sales
  • You speak and write fluently in both Dutch and English, (any other language is a plus)
  • Based in the Netherlands
  • Knowledge and experience of marketing principles, practices, and techniques
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a good sense for new sales opportunities as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel at least 25% of the time internationally
